Software Engineer (.Net Full Stack)

Job Description:

The Software Engineer is responsible for delivering features end-to-end across the full stack (.NET, C#, SQL, Angular/React) in a cloud-first environment. This role contributes to architecture discussions, ensures secure and high-quality code, and leverages AI tools responsibly to accelerate development.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Develop and implement production quality software with minimal defects.
• Write high quality, maintainable code following SOLID principles.
• Responsible for the adherence of PairSoft’s software engineering standards.
• Comply with all software development and quality assurance processes and participate in reviews of processes.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI code review) to accelerate personal and team productivity
• Ready to upskill in building and integrating AI-powered capabilities into PairSoft's product platform, including working with ML models, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Implement automated tests (unit, integration, API).
• Ensure user documentation is completed for all software development projects.
• Follow DevSecOps mindset: apply OWASP principles, ensure secure handling of data, validate dependencies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions including grooming, retrospectives and estimation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Applications or higher.
• 4+ years of experience as a .Net Developer.
• Strong skills in in C#, .NET, .NET Core.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL server.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Experience using or integrating AI development tools or AI-based services.
• Experience with development tools for CI/CD, unit, and integration testing.
• Azure experience.
• Angular or React experience.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
