DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Create cutting-edge user interfaces (UI) for clients in the Payments space. Collaborate with the Product team to gather requirements, partner with the User Experience team to finalize designs, and build prototypes when proof of concept is required. Design and implement UIs that meet all legal, company, and compliance guidelines. Work closely with customers and engineering teams to deliver innovative user interfaces and dashboards that power next-generation payment systems. Gather requirements from Product, collaborate with Design, implement user stories, and build web pages with appropriate back-end support. Define and implement newly designed web page features that drive new customer adoption and enhance the experience for existing users. Create intuitive, seamless, fast, fluid, and bug-free user interfaces while consistently adhering to legal, company, and compliance requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Advanced Analyst, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Advanced Analyst, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience in the following: Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable analytics services using Python-based frameworks including Dash, Plotly, and Django and data technologies including SQL, Neo4j, RabbitMQ, and nginx; Integrating analytics services with enterprise data platforms, including the Merchant Services Data Lake, to enable reliable, performant access to transactional and behavioral data; Building and delivering analytics powered products and insights for internal teams and external merchants, including conversion rate analysis, performance dashboards, and data-driven recommendations; Developing data visualizations and reporting solutions using Plotly, Tableau, R, and VBA to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights; Optimizing data pipelines, APIs, and system performance to support real-time and near-real-time analytics use cases; designing, developing, and maintaining modern, scalable frontend applications using React JS, and TypeScript; Building data-driven user interfaces and visualizations using libraries D3.js, DC.js, and Sigma.js; Implementing responsive, accessible, and maintainable UI components using SASS, Bootstrap, and modern CSS practices; Integrating frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs and data formats including JSON and XML. This position requires one (1) year of experience in the following: Implementing role-based authentication and establishing secure connections between frontend and backend components using Express JS and MongoDB; Designing and developing text recognition and extraction solutions using deep learning models and OCR frameworks, including Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks (R-CNN), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Tesseract, OpenCV, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, to enable anomaly detection, fraud prevention, and personalized user experiences; Building-AI driven solutions using the RASA chatbot framework for intelligent document processing and conversational AI, and optimize application performance using parallel processing techniques with Python Ray to improve context retrieval, workflow efficiency, and AI-powered customer support.

Full-Time. Salary: $182,100.00-$215,000.00 per year.
