DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design, develop and implement software solutions. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions. Mentor junior associates by supporting work assignments and guiding through application architecture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer/Developer, IT Analyst/Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience with the following: building and maintaining web applications using Core Java and the Spring Framework; utilizing JPA or Hibernate for object relational mapping and efficient database interactions within enterprise applications; designing, developing, and deploying REST APIs for scalable microservices architectures in cloud environments; developing and maintaining database solutions using Oracle and PLSQL, including writing complex queries, procedures, and performance tuning. This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, EBS, Lambda, and CloudFront; AWS architecture, deployment, and security; designing and developing web applications using Adobe Experience Manager AEM; leveraging Adobe Marketo and AEM to create integrated and compelling digital marketing campaigns across both web and email; implementing and optimizing Elastic Search for advanced search capabilities and data indexing in web applications; Maven for project build automation, dependency management, and streamlining development workflows; using Git for version control, collaboration, and codebase management in distributed development teams. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development; Adobe suite for digital marketing, web traffic analysis, and content personalization, including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
