TEAM
Enterprise AI is a platform that provides end-to-end machine learning tooling experience to support and accelerate machine learning development, including autonomous driving and other related projects. Our platform serves customers as a standardized machine learning platform within Woven by Toyota as the larger Toyota Group companies.
The Enterprise AI Multi HybridCloud team enables cloud vendor-agnostic capabilities. As we scale out to more customers across different regions, the Multi HybridCloud team will build a scalable and cost-efficient multi-cloud infrastructure. You will allow model training and data distribution across multiple cloud providers ensuring the best compute resources are used.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join the Enterprise AI Multi HybridCloud team. You should have a solid background in software development, with experience in cloud technologies and a passion for building scalable solutions. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to enhance our cloud infrastructure and support machine learning operations, delivering efficient and reliable services to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support for architectural design and execution planning to ensure stable service delivery using a variety of cloud vendor platforms
- Provide implementation of optimal mechanisms for machine learning job across multiple regions and platforms in terms of data transfer
- Work with other teams to maximize infrastructure usage and build efficient solutions for complex tasks, using English to collaborate
- As a developer, establish and improve development standards together with the team
- Implement CI/CD best practices for our services
- Provide support such as analysis and monitoring, and act as part of the team for on-call responsibility for production incidents
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience managing and shipping production software for external clients or customers
- Experience with Golang development (especially for cloud services)
- Experience with cloud development (GCP, AWS, Azure) and Kubernetes clusters
- Business level English or higher
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working with Japanese customers or clients
- Experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of automotive software development (e.g., ASPICE, V-model)
- Experience working in environments with a focus on security and safety
- English/Japanese bilingual ability
