WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for experienced software engineer, to develop AI products utilizing a variety of data, including demographic data, psychographic data, photos, essays, etc.
Our daily tasks include the enhancement and development of machine learning models, proof of concepts (POC), system design and integration, and building service pipelines such as inference APIs. Skills in modern software development and solid experiences in developing real-time systems are essential.
This position reports to the function leader and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct proof of concepts (PoC), development, implementation, and maintenance of human simulation AI
- Develop machine learning products and services (including model building, validation, and deployment)
- Analyze client requirements and provide optimal solutions
- Make technical judgment in working with cross-functional teams
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Over 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Proven experience in developing high-quality, production-level solutions using machine learning (e.g. recommendations, sales forecasting, AI assistant bots, etc.)
- Experience in system architecture and infrastructure design on Cloud i.e. AWS services, EKS, etc.
- Business level skills of English and Japanese
NICE TO HAVES
- Extensive experience with machine learning and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, computer vision libraries, natural language processing libraries, etc.)
- Higher motivation for catching up with the latest technologies
- Experience in multi modal ML/data processing (e.g. natural language, visual, audio, behavioral data, etc.)
