  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Product, SRE, and Architecture to implement updates, patches, and performance improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration, release validation, and reliability initiatives.
  • Ensure timely patching and remediation of software vulnerabilities, maintaining compliance and system security.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, including operational runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and testing procedures.
  • Support efforts to modernize legacy components, adopt automation tools, and improve overall development efficiency.

  • Proficiency in developing automated tests and familiarity with frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Jest, or Cypress.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment automation.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, system debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure environments, including monitoring, alerting, and service maintenance practices.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for maintenance, tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding software security principles and patch management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience supporting microservices architectures or event-driven systems in production.
  • Familiarity with automated test generation or model-based testing approaches.
  • Exposure to observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus).
  • Experience with containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Background in brokerage, logistics, or financial systems requiring high reliability and uptime
