Description:

We are seeking a Software Engineer (MEAN/MERN) with strong back-end expertise to join us in Cluj-Napoca, Romania at our EMEA Technology Hub. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to

• Develop, maintain and innovate applications using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, etc.
• Build and maintain scripts and applications using Python or other scripting languages
• Assist team members from technical and functional point of view
• Ensure code reviews done with peers and deliver bug free code check-ins
• Ensure seamless running of the application by regular security certs upgrades, technical framework upgrades, DAST and SAST security vulnerabilities remediation and other run the business work
• Understand and integrate AI development tools into your daily workflow
• Communicate effectively with team members and team Manager
• Provide technical assistance to other team members

What you need to have

• Excellent communication both in English and Romanian
• 3+ Years developing, maintaining, and innovating applications
• Excellent knowledge and experience on development techniques using MEAN/MERN TechStack 
• Understanding of integrating AI development tools into your daily workflow
• Ability to collaborate with other organizations to establish application requirements
• Experience with assisting team members from technical and functional point of view
• Understanding of agile methodology to manage requirements gathering, task management and project reporting
