Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our digital engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking and digital product development, with a proven track record of managing large-scale software engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital banking products.
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to drive the successful execution of digital initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for digital engineering, focusing on innovation, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of overall experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in digital product development.
- Extensive experience in the banking industry, with a deep understanding of digital banking technologies and trends.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large engineering teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern software development practices, including Agile, DevOps, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a strong focus on delivering results.
