Senior Software Engineer- React

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled React Developer with a strong background in managing NPM packages and the ability to upgrade packages efficiently. As a React Developer in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our React applications by staying up to date with the latest package releases and implementing necessary upgrades.

Location: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable React applications.
• Evaluate the impact of package updates on existing code and address any compatibility issues.
• Implement best practices for version control and dependency management.
• Plan and execute the upgrade of NPM packages in existing projects.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure that the upgraded packages do not introduce any regressions or issues.
• Work closely with QA teams to validate the functionality and performance of the upgraded applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to package upgrades in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other developers to address integration issues and ensure a smooth deployment process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a React Developer with a strong portfolio of successful React applications.
• In-depth knowledge of NPM package management and the ability to assess the impact of package updates.
• Experience in upgrading NPM packages in large-scale applications without disrupting the overall functionality.
• Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Babel).
