We are looking for a Software Engineer (Java) experience in developing robust, scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular. This role plays a key part in enhancing our next-generation content delivery platform, with a focus on backend and frontend development, enterprise search, and data analytics integration.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of Java development experience with strong backend skills.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on with application servers (Tomcat, JBoss), SQL/NoSQL databases, and query optimization.
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG) and TDD/BDD practices.

- Experience with Elastic Search for implementing and optimizing search functionalities.
- Familiarity with Redis for caching and performance optimization.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and cloud/container tools like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Ability to integrate new technologies to improve systems and processes.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Utilize Swagger for documenting APIs and Webhooks for seamless system integrations.
- Implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices (SOLID, DRY, TDD).
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and support automation frameworks.
