About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (Java Backend with React JS & Kafka) to join our engineering team. The role focuses on building scalable backend services using Java microservices architecture and developing responsive front-end applications using React.js. You will also work on event-driven systems leveraging Kafka for real-time data processing and integration.
What You Will Do
- Backend Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. - Event-Driven Systems:
Develop and integrate Kafka-based messaging systems, handling producer-consumer workflows and real-time data pipelines. - Frontend Development:
Build modern, responsive UI components using React.js and integrate them with backend APIs. - API Development:
Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend and external systems. - Cloud & Deployment:
Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. - Code Quality & Best Practices:
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards. - Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Experience:
3 to 6 years of experience in software development with strong backend focus. - Backend Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Experience in REST API development
- Knowledge of design patterns and scalable system design
- Frontend Skills:
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Messaging & Streaming:
- Hands-on experience with Kafka (producer/consumer, event streaming)
- Cloud & DevOps:
- Experience with AWS/Azure
- Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- CI/CD tools and pipelines
- Other Skills:
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
