Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain Java application within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Drive Architecture decisions and bring best technical solutions to the business problem
- Participate in Architecture review board meetings and collaborate with fellow architects in the portfolio
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize Java applications
- Work on Cloud modernization with AWS or Azure
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science /Engineering/Science/Mathematics or related field
- Technical Skills:
- Technical Experience: Java, J2EE, ReactJS, AWS
- Solid experience in Core Java, Spring and Hibernate/Spring Data JPA
- Working Experience on AWS cloud-
- Hands on experience of RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Experience in SOA based architecture, Web Services
- Experience in continuous integration (Jenkins/Sonar/Nexus/PMD)
- Experience in using profiler tools (JProfiler/JMeter)
- Good understanding of UML and design patterns
- Good understanding on Performance tuning
- Positions in this function are predominantly involved in developing business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
- Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value
