Primary Responsibilities:
- Hands on developer with good technical and coding skills
- Active interaction with onshore architect, technical leads and business analyst to understand requirements.
- Participate in solutioning and development of existing and new features
- Drive technical quality and delivery for a scrum team
- Works on complex user stories
- Proactive for looking at span of ownership and adjacent areas with a start-up mind set, demonstrates thought leadership and looks for value creation opportunities like process optimization, improvement in user experience, reduction in engineering costs, reduction in infra costs, reduction in cycle times, reduction in tech debt etc
- Advises and supports Engineering Manager and Sr IC for creating case for new found opportunities, and works for funding from business
- Reviews and challenges requirements, wire-frames, features etc from point of view of business, user or customer, and suggests meaningful changes resulting into better functional design
- Analyses and investigates
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- B.E/B.TECH/MCA 3+ years of experience on full stack Java and Angular based development
- Good hands-on experience on Springboot applications with high configurability
- Experience on Cloud computing technologies
- Good knowledge on Azure Cloud and Kubernetes
- Understanding of functional area and feature
- Good understanding of who are end users, who is customer, understanding of end-user pain points
- Basic understanding of AI and AI enabled development
- Proven hands on in Database over various platforms
- Proven solid object oriented programming skills
- Proven solid analytical skills and experience on proof of concept development
- Proven good Team player, change/innovation agents and self-starter on different techs
- Proven ready to take up any technical challenges and should be research oriented

Skills Required
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience on full stack Java and Angular based development (B.E/B.TECH/MCA)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot applications
- Experience with cloud computing technologies
- Good knowledge of Azure Cloud and Kubernetes
- Understanding of functional area, features, end users, and customer pain points
- Basic understanding of AI and AI-enabled development
- Proven hands-on experience with databases across various platforms (SQL)
- Solid object-oriented programming skills
- Analytical skills and experience with proof-of-concept development
- Team player, change/innovation agent, and self-starter
- Willingness to take on technical challenges and research-oriented approach
