Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated software engineer that thrives in a small team, fast paced environment. The software engineer IV will work as part of the product development team and is responsible for designing and developing software solutions within the AR Boost product line. This will be a full stack role with expertise in .Net and Microsoft SQL Server required. Experience with deploying applications to cloud environments like Amazon’s AWS or Microsoft’s Azure are a plus. You will be responsible for leading the development of different projects within the team, which includes hands on development, as well as mentoring other developers. This position will effectively be a technical lead on the team.
Responsibilities

Actively participate in agile ceremonies and review stories, removing any road blocks and providing guidance to junior developers as needed

Deliver clean, concise code that is stable, extensible, well-tested, and meets acceptance criteria, production requirements, and design specifications

Partner with product management on ideation and implementation of new product features and functionality

Mentor less experienced developers, growing their skillset into successful full stack engineers through code reviews, pair programming, & knowledge transfer sessions

Establish, follow, and implement engineering best practices in a team environment, staying up to date on the latest technical developments, and exhibiting leadership in defining and prototyping the use of leading-edge technologies

Work with management to help prioritize development efforts

Participate in internal and external audit activities
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field or equivalent experience, plus a minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, CSS, HTML, JavaScript libraries such as jQuery

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL from an application development, production support, and database server management perspective

Agile/Scrum development experience

Experience with modern, cloud technologies (containers, container orchestration, auto scaling, micro-services architecture, etc.)
The salary range for this role is 130K-140K. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
