Software Engineer (Intern Job Description)
We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern who is highly motivated, independent, and able to handle responsibilities spanning all phases from requirements to deployment. We are embarking on an exciting business growth and digital transformation agenda and need talented, passionate members to join our team! You will play a major role in championing, designing, and building AI Agentic workflows, UI Framework, and Site Development in an Agile environment, working closely with Product Owners in the Business/Marketing and Application Development teams.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Some experience with Python or other similar languages common with AI/ML
- Some experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (coursework or personal projects)
- Experience with modern web development frameworks (React, NextJS, Angular, etc.)
- Basic understanding of how websites and applications work
- Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of web development best practices
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing AI Agents and user-friendly website and mobile app features.
- Work with designers, engineers, and product managers to improve user experience.
- Help create and test interactive prototypes based on wireframes.
- Support in researching and implementing new web design trends and technologies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and fixing technical issues.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Learn and contribute to marketing strategies for IT initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Help analyze and solve basic technical challenges under mentor guidance.
- Take initiative on small projects and support team initiatives.
