Ready to make a difference? BAE Systems is looking for Software Engineers to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test integration tools for EW Systems. Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions on a range of Programs, individual technical contributions will include software development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning and execution in an engineering and deployment support environment. Responsibilities may include:
  1. Be Part of a team of Systems/Software Engineers on EW related programs
  2. Responsible for all system/software engineering content and work products
  3. Understanding and implementing the product development process
  4. Execution of tools planning and requirements development
  5. Creation and review of software requirements to include operational concepts
  6. Creating system test plans, procedures and reports
  7. Involved in product design, development, integration, and verification

This position will require you to be onsite in either Nashua, NH or Manchester, NH. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree of Science (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of:
    • 6+ Years with BS
  • Possess an Active US Government Secret security clearance (with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance)
  • Experience in MATLAB/Python/Ruby/SQL/Web Development/C#
  • Leadership skills and experience directing and mentoring engineers on complex programs
  • Expert in effectively documenting, communicating and working with a team on designs, results, reports, and presentations.
  • Experience performing systems/software engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)
  • Experience developing viable concept solutions, identifying and tracking technical risks

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Test Automation and working in a product integration lab.
  • Project/Program team member responsible for workflow, which is dynamic in nature.
  • Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as MagicDraw.
  • Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering
  • Active United States Top Secret/SCI security clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
