In your first 6 months, you'll have a direct impact on:
- Contributing to critical platform improvements that enhance developer productivity
- Implementing solutions that strengthen our infrastructure reliability
- Helping scale our systems to support growing user demands

What You Will Do
- Enable distributed tracing adoption within GTF Engineering
- Integration between existing logging, metrics, and distributed tracing
- Integrate the above feature onto Gopay.sh, seamless & swift usage for the user
- Pricing schema and integration for the above products
- Enhance existing user interfaces, including Barito Market and Gopay.sh
- Adding capability & polishing internal products to be ready to sell
What You Will Need
- Minimum coding experience of 2+ years for products, features, automation & operational task
- Contribute to creating RFC, designing systems for new features, implementing the detailed task
- Successfully delivering & onboarding GTF Infra Engineering product features
- Contribute to user interface & user experience improvement
- Strong experience in observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) and related tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK, Loki)
- Ability to debug and optimize observability pipelines, improving log ingestion, metrics storage, and alerting efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving system visibility and reliability
