Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Troubleshooting Experience, Skilled in SQL and Front-end application workflow.
- Understanding of database and table structure.
- Ability to troubleshoot errors, identify processes impacting performance, connect to databases hosted by the client.
- Identify client network connectivity issues, install applications.
- Ability to assist with login and password issues for patients, providers and office staff.
Technical Skills:
Windows Admin - Active Directory, Group policies, RD Gateway (Remote Desktop), Performance Optimization, Printer configuration, File share permissions Networking – VPN tunneling, Network Connectivity DBA – Performance Tuning/ optimization, Indexing, DB maintenance.

Eligibility:
- Must be a Graduate.
- Must have 1-3 years.
- Willing to work in Night Shift.
