Join our dynamic engineering team in building a healthcare platform that transforms care delivery for 12.5 million Americans. As a Software Engineer/Full-stack developer, you'll collaborate with our team of 9 developers to architect and develop both frontend and backend solutions. Working across our entire technology stack, from backend services (Java, NodeJS) to modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js), you'll help redefine the healthcare experience.
A day in the Life…

Implementing new features both on front-end web SPA, MFE (Micro-Frontends) and back-end services enhancing our Accolade Cloud Platform

Working with new cloud and cutting-edge technologies (AWS, Elastic, NewRelic, Vue.js, Node.js, Java) on new green-field projects
-
Participate in our Continuous Delivery (CD) pipeline, ensuring rapid production deployments with quality gates
-
Contribute to high-traffic web SPAs and MFEs serving thousands of daily users
-
Continuously improving our end-user experience (both UI/UX design and non-functional requirements – Performance, Reliability etc.)

Be part of a team that owns and crafts our product from the ground up, with full creative control and direct impact

Take ownership of product quality in a mission-critical environment

What we are looking for ...
-
Experience building modern SPA applications using React, Vue.js, and Node.js, or strong willingness to learn
-
Proficiency in Java backend development, including Spring Framework and JPA
-
Working knowledge of relational database systems (NoSQL is advantage)
-
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, ELK stack, Docker) and microservices
-
Demonstrated passion for test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD practices, including feature flag implementation
