As a part of our latest transformation, we are searching for a Senior Full Stack C# .NET Engineer to join and lead our rapidly growing Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and implementing products. Additional responsibilities include reviewing functional and technical requirements, performing research, designing solutions, and developing code primarily in C# for a web-based enterprise application.

As a team lead you will guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers on technical topics, and lead them through complex challenges. Your strong communication and leadership skills will play a big role in building a bridge between the management team and the engineers, fostering a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

You can expect to write code for the browser, the database and everywhere in-between. As a .NET engineer, you will be writing code targeting the latest version of the CLR and encourage you to think creatively to fully utilize the C# language. You will also participate in regular design sessions and code reviews. The developers lead by championing a culture of personal ownership and customer focused execution.

 Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Full Stack C# and the .NET Framework (4.5 - 4.8)
• Strong application skills of OO concepts and design patterns
• 5+ Years. SQL and relational database concepts, PostgreSQL
• 3+ Years. Modern .NET web frameworks (ASP.NET, MVC 5)
• 3+ Years.  Experience with Vue JS, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Electron JS
• 3+ Years. Knowledge of .NET Core (2.0, 3.1)
• 5+ Years. Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC)

 Desired Skills & Experience:                         

• Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a passion for problem solving and investigation
• Technical knowledge and prior hands-on experience with SQL Stored Procedures, Windows Services and Jobs.
• Taking up ownership of complete Bug lifecycle from analysis, unit testing, sign off etc.
• The ability to diagnose complex problems and deliver analysis of root causes across a stack of complex applications.
• Ability to mentor and guide other developers through technical challenges
• Astonishing attention to detail and ability to break down tricky topics to simpler pieces for easier understanding and communication across teams.
• Experience of working in a first phase environment and delivering quality code.
• Experience with ORMs, Dependency Injection, RESTful API and 3rd party integrations
• Adobe Reader and DC Pro
• Agile, Scrum,Kanban, TDD, BDD
• Cloud Platforms (Azure)
• Azure DevOps
• Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices
