Job Description:
This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Dublin office at least two times per week.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to work in an agile environment on our Conversations product which offers a continuous performance development solution with a full spectrum of feedback, check-ins, priorities and reflections to develop the talent of any team.
You will be joining one of our two squads - Lumos. Lumos' mission is two-fold, we want to win when it comes to performance development by providing a platform that solves enterprise pain points for performance reviews and focuses on delighting HR teams around the world. We also want to serve our product development teams by finding ways to improve process and strive for improvements to help us deliver value better than we can today.

The skills you will bring

  • You have 3+ years working on application design and development in enterprise applications.
  • You are curious, adaptable, inquisitive and strive for excellence in the work you do, always putting quality first.
  • You develop in accordance with software engineering best practices and quality standards.
  • You have an agile mindset, valuing collaboration, continuous improvement, adaptability and flexibility.
  • You are familiar with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD best practices.
  • You are autonomous, driven and a fast learner.
  • You are a strong communicator.
  • You have good Database modelling experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.


Achievements

  • You have delivered high quality enterprise applications with Java and Spring.
  • You have built and deployed cloud-native applications, preferably in AWS.
  • You have worked in an early-stage product development environment and are familiar with hypothesis testing.
