Our team is responsible for the GIPS Composite Analysis application at Factset. We provide a SaaS solution that helps financial firms maintain compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS). Our product is mature and relied upon by industry leaders, but we are entering an exciting period of strategic expansion and feature development. Our agile team consists of 5 talented engineers, collaborating across our two main locations: Sofia and Paris. We work closely together despite the distance, making full use of communication tools and regular meetings to maintain a strong sense of teamwork and connection.

About the Role
As an engineer on our team, you’ll work across both the front-end and back-end, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and skill sets. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of complex UI interfaces, ensuring an intuitive and effective user experience. In addition to new feature development, you’ll also be involved in maintenance tasks, helping to keep our application stable, performant, and up-to-date. You’ll also work daily with the Product Team, made up of 6 dedicated Product Managers, to shape new features and ensure our application continues to meet client needs.

- Backend: Node 20, TypeScript, Java 21, SQL (SQL Server), Redis, maven, JUnit
- DevOps & Quality: CI/CD, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, CheckmarX
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Vue.js and TypeScript
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent training
- Experience with Java is appreciated
- A financial background or an interest in finance is appreciated
