WHO YOU ARE:
Software Engineers play a key role in the design, development/configuration, unit testing, installation, and ongoing maintenance of ZINNIA software platforms. ZINNIA Senior Software Engineers work with stakeholders to develop solutions and/or products that fulfil the needs of ZINNIA internal stakeholders and clients. Those solutions and/or products help ZINNIA and ZINNIA clients to be more efficient and provide better service to end customers. Senior Software Engineers interact directly with Technical leaders, business stakeholders, and may periodically interact directly with ZINNIA clients
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You will be responsible for developing, coding, and maintaining software modules/systems and required to modify existing software products or develop entirely new modules as per technical specifications in response to business requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Should have 7+ years exp in Microsoft Web Technologies (ASP.NET MVC, Dot Net)
- Demonstrable experience in C#, Web API, Entity Framework, JQuery
- Ability to develop enterprise solutions following software designs
- Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Systematic problem-solving approach coupled with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional, global team
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience in WebAPI, Rest API, Microservices, XML, JQuery/HTML/CSS
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server SQL Server 2019/2022+
- Experience in cloud platforms i.e AWS
BONUS POINTS:
- Good to have working experience on enterprise-level applications/products
- Experience working in the insurance industry is advantageous
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration
- Knowledge of React and TypeScript would have added advantage
