Working on small interdisciplinary teams, you will design end-to-end solutions that directly impact our user journey, ensuring our members move beyond pain. You will profile systems to stay ahead of scaling bottlenecks, maintain a high bar with thoughtful code reviews, and share responsibility for healthy live site operations in a continuous deployment DevOps culture.
In your first 3 months: You will dive into our trunk-based CI/CD workflow to build, test, and deploy meaningful features every sprint. You will tackle problems with multiple execution paths and contribute to your team’s success by shipping code that powers beautiful client applications.
In your first 6 months: You will take ownership of end-to-end solutions, profiling systems to stay ahead of scaling bottlenecks. You will proactively improve the maintainability and availability of our services while leveling up your skills through a detailed professional development plan.
In your first year: You will help define the objectives and key results (OKRs) that shape your team’s roadmap. You will drive operational excellence by identifying root causes of incidents and contributing to our overall architecture and developer tooling.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
A minimum of 2+ years of non-internship full-time professional software development experience.

Experience across the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience with cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, serverless technology).
Familiarity with mobile UI development in React Native.
