We are looking for a motivated R&D engineer to help develop Cadence's industry-leading verification tools. The ideal candidate will have experience working on EDA verification/simulation tools, but the position is open to candidates with a background or interest in EDA, simulation, or a related field. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of creative engineers working on an exciting new product. Requirements :
+ M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
+ Strong C++ programming experience on Linux and knowledge of data structures and algorithms is required.
+ Experience developing solutions for debug, tracing, or profiling.
+ A deep passion to write software
+ Knowledge of HDL (Verilog, VHDL), SystemC, and/or verification languages (SV, e) is desirable
+ We’re looking for someone with good communication skills, works well in a tight-knit team environment and develops maintainable, high quality C/C++ code using a structured development methodology following detailed coding standards.
