As a Software Engineer II on the DailyPay team you will focus on work to support and extend the DailyPay core platform applications. We are growing fast and adding features critical to our business and customers.

  • Help architect, test, build, support and refine the DailyPay platform
  • Tackle a wide variety of technical problems up and down the stack and contribute daily to all parts of our code base
  • Work with the product team to deliver new features for our customers
  • Prototype, iterate, and deploy updates daily
  • Be surrounded by hard-working, highly motivated teammates with decades of experience in the finance, technology, and payroll industries



  • You enjoy writing software!
  • Experience in developing and scaling web applications in Go
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages
  • Successful track record of building and maintaining large, tested, performant codebases
  • Appreciation for a test-driven, code review culture
  • Ability to write well-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code that balances beauty and pragmatism
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience or education
  • 2+ years of experience

DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
Belfast Compensation Range
£41,000 - £53,000 GBP
