About the OpportunityAre you an experienced Salesforce Developer who thrives at the intersection of complex logic and real-world business strategy? We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions across our global Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our Quote-to-Order transformations, automating critical business processes, and ensuring seamless platform integrations.
What You Will Be DoingDesign & Customize: Architect, prototype, and build end-to-end solutions for Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), including custom workflows, product configurations, dynamic pricing rules, and advanced approvals.
Full-Stack Salesforce Development: Build scalable customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP Web Services while adhering to industry best practices.
Integration & Automation: Map business requirements to technical architecture, design seamless integrations with enterprise platforms (such as SAP/Oracle), and automate manual workflows.
Quality & Governance: Perform code reviews, boost unit test coverage, enforce release management protocols, and maintain strict system documentation.
System Administration: Provide advanced admin support across user permissions, security architectures, object modeling, and release deployment.
Technical Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Force.com platform.
1–2+ years in Salesforce architecture, with a clear understanding of platform limits and best practices.
Deep experience in Salesforce CPQ objects and processes (Product Setup, Rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote Templates).
Full-Stack Proficiency:
Apex (Triggers, Batch Classes, Async/@future methods, Unit Testing, and Web Service Mocking).
SOQL/SOSL advanced querying.
Lightning Design System & Lightning Component Framework.
Salesforce Integration Patterns, Web APIs, and Bulk Data Uploads.
Experience with release management, continuous integration, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, ANT, SFDC Metadata API).
Exposure to Sales Cloud functionality; familiarity with Salesforce Billing or ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle) is highly desirable.
