What You'll DoWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer II to spearhead the development of full-stack, cloud-native applications using .NET, React, and Azure. In this role, you will lead an engineering team in designing, building, and deploying scalable, robust software solutions that power our business systems.
Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable software architectures aligned with long-term business objectives.
Development & Deployment: Drive full-stack development and deployment while maintaining rigorous code quality, performance, and security standards.
Complex Problem-Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues with timely, effective solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and key stakeholders to define project scope, technical roadmap, timelines, and deliverables.
Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional software development experience focused heavily on .NET, React, and Azure.
Core Technical Stack: Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and React.
Cloud & Platform Skills: Deep hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Cosmos DB), cloud-native development practices, and modern DevOps tools.
Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
Problem-Solving & Communication: Exceptional analytical skills to tackle tough technical challenges, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Good to Have
Broader exposure to modern cloud-native technologies.
Official certifications or extended hands-on experience in AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Educational Background
B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent degree).
