We are looking for a Software Engineer II (x/f/m) to join the Financial team in Financial domain.
As a Software Engineer II, your mission will be to work on the financial solutions that help healthcare professionals monitor their business and financial activity across France, Germany and Italy. You will be working in a feature team developing the financial functionalities for Doctolib's core product.
Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Improving the performance of key features implemented in Ruby on Rails and Spring Boot (Kotlin based) stack along with React (Typescript / JavaScript)
- Contributing to our service-oriented architecture during our re-architecture initiatives
- Thinking user first and helping improve our user experience through new features and design updates while maintaining high code quality standards
- Taking leadership on delivering roadmap items together with the team
- Contributing to establishing a technical vision and co-driving the creation of the roadmap for the next quarters
- Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.
- Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native.

Who you are

- You have 3+ years of software engineering experience
- You are a Fullstack Engineer with development experience on the Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin) frameworks, Ruby on Rails is a bonus
- You have a solid understanding of web technologies like React and software development life cycle
- You are proactive, curious, collaborative and eager to learn
- You have a "user first" mindset and want to build a product focused on bringing value to its users, through secure, well-tested and pragmatic code
