Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the HomePay Technology team in the position of Software Engineer II. The candidate would join a small, agile team responsible for analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation, and implementation of new product features. 

Note: This is a Hybrid Position - in office, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday - We have offices in Lehi, Utah & Austin, Texas

What You’ll Do:

• Work with a team on developing cut-in features on a large .NET codebase.
• Use your creativity and engineering talent to deliver user-facing value in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Integrate with Cloud-based technologies in Amazon AWS
• Managing and refactoring large codebases to use the latest features and technologies

Who You Are:

• 3-5 + years of professional engineering experience
• 2+ years C#/.Net Framework
• 2+ years SQL Server
• Aspx WebForms
• Asp.net MVC
• Web API 
• Web (.aspx, mobile responsive, desktop, javascript)
• Microsoft SQL Server Database
• CI/CD, Jenkins
• GRPC/PROTO Golang

Salary Range:  $112,000-$140,000

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
