Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360)
- Experience with implementing end-to-end enterprise level automations using Automation Copilot, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Experience with integrating RPA solutions via APIs, working with REST/SOAP web services, and automating data exchange between systems
- Experience working with Citizen Developers
- Good knowledge of A360 control room (WLM, schedules, credential manager, bot insights & dashboards)
- Proficiency in languages such as VBScript, Python, or Java to build complex automations and integrations
- Strong understanding of the Robotic Process Automation Development Life Cycle (RDLC)
- Experience in developing reusable automation components that can be used across multiple projects, reducing development time and increasing efficiency.
- Experience in leading and participating in end-to-end testing of automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT teams to ensure RPA solutions align with business needs
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA implementations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3 to 5 years of developer and administrator experience with Automation Anywhere.
- Working knowledge of integrating RPA solutions with Google Workspace suite like Googlesheet, GMail & Calendar is preferred
- Certification in Automation Anywhere is preferred.(e.g., Advanced RPA Professional, Master RPA Professional)
- Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms
- Strong communications skills, written and verbal
- Flexible, with the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks as necessary
- Strong organization, customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic team environment across US and India timezones
