You’ll join a cross-functional team that owns the user experience for our global voice features. Working side-by-side with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers, you’ll turn product ideas and Figma mock-ups into polished user interfaces, servicing both internal operations teams and customers who rely on our platform.


What you’ll do

  • Build modern, responsive UIs in React, TypeScript, and JSX—focusing on performance, accessibility (WCAG).
  • Implement state management patterns (Redux Toolkit, Context, or equivalent) that keep complex data flows predictable and testable.
  • Collaborate with designers & PMs to translate wireframes into delightful user interactions, advocating for best-in-class UX.
  • Write clean, scalable code with thorough unit and component tests (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs securely using JWT/OAuth.
  • Optimize, profile, and debug across browsers and devices—measuring with Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and bespoke tooling.
  • Contribute to our design system and help push forward component reusability and theming.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, peer reviews, and continuous delivery in GitLab CI/CD.

Nice-to-have full-stack skills
If you enjoy working across the stack, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to our Spring Boot services (Java 21)—but this is not a prerequisite.


What you bring

  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, heavy on React + TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of modern CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Strong grasp of software design patterns, data structures, and clean-code best practices.
  • Experience consuming and designing RESTful APIs; comfort with tools like Postman/Insomnia.
  • Proven record of writing automated tests across the pyramid (unit → E2E).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards, performance budgeting, and analytics instrumentation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in both Portuguese and English (spoken & written).

Bonus points (but not required):

  • Java / Spring Boot micro-services.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms such as GCP/AWS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
