Software Engineer I (SDE1)

We are seeking a forward-thinking Software Engineer with experience leveraging generative AI across the SDLC. You’ll receive mentorship from senior engineers and have opportunities to grow your technical and leadership skills as you develop scalable, user-friendly solutions using modern technologies and programming languages.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new full-stack features in support of the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code and automated tests.
- Contribute to sprint planning and provide reliable estimates for assigned work.
- Proactively identify and resolve defects, improving code quality and reducing rework.
- Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to ensure maintainable, high-quality software.
- Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance development productivity, automate testing, and support CI/CD pipelines.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with a compiled object-oriented backend programming language and a modern front-end framework.
- Experience working with Angular, Java, AWS, Docker, Elastic, PostgreSQL, REST or GitHub Actions.
- Experience using AI dev tools across the SDLC from design through testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
