The role of Software Engineer I is to work with the dynamic software development team that works on our cutting-edge Automotive product used by our Dealership customers across USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, design, and implement solutions to full stack technologies.
• Proven ability to be self-directed and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Comfortable with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bring creative solutions to the table.
• Able to write software code and test also.

Required Skills:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science (or other engineering discipline), as well as 0-1 year of work in Software Engineering (or some other combo of education and work-related experience). Or Candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field.
• Minimum 0-1 year in full stack or Java development experience with Oracle or PL/SQL
• Computer science fundamentals like data structures and alogrithms.
• Ability or Professional development experience in some or all these technologies: Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JUnit, Mockito, REST webservices, JSON, Tomcat, Terraform, Jenkins, CI/CD, GitHub
• Knowledge in distributed architecture and implementation
• Strong monitoring and troubleshooting Skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knows or worked in these technologies: Java, React JS, pl/sql, aws.
• Ability to work with spring boot microservices.
• Ability to work with AWS environment.
• Hands on experience on these technologies are plus.
• Proficient programming, unit and system testing skiils.
• Ability to communicate ideas, alternatives, and solutions
• Strong communication skills, self-direction, and solid problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative platform solutions.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to create new infrastructure with tools like terraform.
• Ability to work with distributed version control software such as git.
• Ability to work with Agile methodology with all agile ceremonies
• Ability to work with Test driven development.
• Ability to work with unit testing.
• Ability to test code/software.

USD 70,700.00 - 106,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $70,700.00 - $106,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
