About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build real-world applications and grow their technical skills.
You will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps.
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement intuitive and accessible designs.
- Work with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, BitBucket, and Confluence
- What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of software development experience (or equivalent experience through internships, academic projects, or bootcamps)
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software using technologies such as React, Angular, Java, JavaScript, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, PostgreSQL and related tools.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming
- Exposure to databases, APIs, and application development concepts
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices
