The Program
We are looking for talented and passionate graduates within Technology that are interested in an international Tech Graduate Program for one year, you will deep dive into different parts of the business, where you will have the opportunity to experience a global project in an international company.

Our Technology Graduate Program is designed to equip recent graduates with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of technology. This intensive program offers a comprehensive combination of hands-on experience, technical training, and professional development opportunities.
Program Highlights:
- Practical Projects: Graduates will work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. These projects will provide hands-on experience and help develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Technical Training: The program includes specialized training sessions on the latest technologies, programming languages, and tools. Participants will have the opportunity to obtain industry-recognized certifications.
- Professional Development: In addition to technical skills, the program focuses on developing soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership. Workshops and seminars will be conducted to enhance these competencies.
- Mentorship and Networking: Each participant will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the program. Networking events will also be organized to help graduates connect with industry professionals and peers.

Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, telecommunications, or similar.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Graduation Certificate.
Preferred
- Previous international exposure.
- 1 year of work experience or other internships are meriting.
