Job Description

We are on the lookout for Software Engineer (Golang) (all genders) to join the Deliveries team on our journey to enable the riders to have a great experience on Introducing Our Rider App Tribe: Empowering Riders for Seamless Deliveries.

Your mission:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address rider pain points.

• Design and develop features that improve rider efficiency and satisfaction.

• Implement and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems.

• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Design and implement cutting-edge solutions that will transform the delivery industry.

• Craft and maintain world-class, high-traffic services and APIs in a team of experienced software engineers.

• Participate in code reviews and application debugging and diagnosis.

• Practice modern software development methodologies such as Continuous Delivery, TDD, and Scrum.

• Provide the best value for our stakeholders and customers by maintaining alignment with product vision.

Qualifications

Your heroic skills:

• Strong programming skills in Golang and related technologies.

• Experience in designing and developing backend systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Passion for building user-centric products.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong software engineering skills and experience designing microservices architectures, API-based and event-based communication in consultation with senior team members.

• Passion for clean and beautiful code with an eye for simplicity and pragmatism and a strong belief in lean and agile development.

• Practical experience with design patterns, design principles, software architecture, algorithms and automated tests (unit, integration and functional).

• Contribute autonomously, occasionally with the guidance of more senior members.

• Curious, eager to constantly learn and improve and not afraid to jump into new things.
