About the Role:
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our CDN Security team. You will report to Jim Morrison and will be located in San Francisco, or North America.
What You Will Do:
- Design and build an Firewall observability for all Vercel customers.
- Work with the Observability & Security teams to integrate the Vercel Firewall into customer workflows
- Scale Vercel’s Firewall UX from customers with a new deployment to customers that have hundreds of custom rules and billions of HTTP requests.
About You:
- You have at least 2+ years of experience in fullstack engineering.
- You are proficient in programming languages relevant to Vercel's technology stack, including TypeScript, & Next.js
Bonus If You:
- Have experience configuring Web Application Firewalls (WAFs)
- Have used the Vercel platform and have ideas on how to improve the user experience

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $156,000-$264,000. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
