Job Description
We are searching for driven and accomplished Full Stack Engineers-whether your expertise lies in frontend, backend, or full stack development-who have a proven history of delivering impactful, customer-centric products. As a key member of our AI team, you'll play a vital role in prototyping, building, and deploying innovative features to production. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and infrastructure teams to craft scalable, AI-powered solutions that redefine the digital employee experience.
This cross-functional role demands exceptional communication skills, enabling you to break down complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences. You'll excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, making a direct and measurable impact on large-scale, customer-facing agentic AI products.
Responsibilities
  • You will work with some of the most exciting new technologies, allowing you to build truly distributed cloud-native applications using a modern technology stack and deploy it to multiple regions across the globe
  • You will play a central role in developing products that involve Agentic AI functionality (Chat, dashboards, langraph, rag, etc.).
  • You will design, build and scale systems that will be used by millions of people
  • You will have end-to-end responsibility for feature development and work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineering teams
  • Spark off co-workers who will challenge your thinking and help you to achieve your full potential

Qualifications
  • BSc/BEng or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Backend Expertise: For backend-focused roles, you should demonstrate proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Java (version 17 or higher), Python, or Node.js. Experience in building, maintaining, and optimising scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices for enterprise customers is highly desirable. Exposure to best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment within large-scale B2B software systems will set you apart.
  • Frontend Proficiency: If your focus is frontend development, you should have a solid understanding of modern front-end technologies, especially React and Typescript. Experience designing and delivering intuitive, robust user interfaces for business users, with a keen eye for usability and accessibility, is essential. Familiarity with component-based architecture and state management in complex web applications is a plus.
  • Cloud-Native Engineering: A strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, ideally with practical experience in AWS or comparable cloud platforms, is crucial. You should be comfortable with containerisation technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS. Demonstrable experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling B2B solutions in production cloud environments is highly valued.
  • Growth Mindset: A naturally curious mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices. You proactively seek opportunities to expand your skill set and contribute innovative ideas to the team, especially as we pioneer new agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. You can clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and you collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams-including product, design, and infrastructure-across different locations and time zones. Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers or stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions is a strong advantage.

Nice to have
  • Strong knowledge of Java frameworks such as Micronaut or Spring, enabling the rapid development and optimisation of scalable backend services within enterprise-grade applications.
  • Practical experience working with distributed data technologies, for example, Apache Kafka, to design and implement robust event-driven architectures and ensure reliable data flow in complex B2B environments.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability, to develop intelligent features and enhance AI-driven solutions tailored to enterprise use cases.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including GitOps workflows, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), to streamline development processes and maintain high standards of software delivery and operational excellence.
  • Exposure to monitoring and observability tools (such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog) to ensure system reliability, performance, and proactive incident response in production cloud environments.
  • Experience with security best practices in cloud-native applications, including authentication/authorisation concepts, secrets management, and secure API design, particularly within a B2B SaaS context.
  • Background in designing or contributing to multi-tenant systems, supporting scalability and customisation for diverse enterprise customers.
  • Previous involvement in agile development teams, with a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering impactful solutions for business clients.
