As a Full Stack Engineer, you will drive product initiatives and manage technical delivery across the entire application:
End-to-End Delivery: Design, build, and deploy new features across the entire stack, from API development to intuitive user interface implementation.
System Architecture: Architect and manage the complexity of solutions, defining standards and inventing better ways to build simple, cogent abstractions.
Customer & Domain Focus: Dive deep into the nuances of Prior Authorizations, Patient Interactions, and EHR Integrations to ensure our technology delivers massive improvements to healthcare operations.
AI Implementation: Integrate and utilize our core Clinical AI Models to build powerful, user-facing features.
Core Tech: Deep proficiency and experience with TypeScript and React.
Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with our core systems, including Redis, PostgreSQL, Temporal, and Kafka.
System Design: Proven ability to manage complexity with creative and simple abstractions.
Core Team Member: Excitement about working five days per week in our San Francisco office.
