Job DescriptionAs a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and delivering innovative features across both frontend and backend systems. You’ll contribute to architectural decisions, improve development practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our platform.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and deliver new features for the Nexthink Experience platform (frontend and backend).
Improve team architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
Collaborate on L3 support requests and ensure timely resolution.
Actively contribute to the technology roadmap and product evolution.
Embrace agile methodologies and participate in team ceremonies.
Proven experience in backend development with solid frontend capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proficiency in React (preferred), Angular, or Vue; TypeScript is a plus.
Experience with Java or Kotlin.
Strong expertise in Kafka and microservice architecture.
Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., New Relic, DataDog).
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Swagger, and optionally GraphQL or gRPC.
Knowledge of Spring Boot or Micronaut (preferred) is a plus.
Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
Good skills in refactoring and test automation.
Passion for solving complex challenges and learning new technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A mindset focused on continuous improvement, lean thinking, and high-quality delivery.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
