Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to work with a highly collaborative team to develop our public-facing website and web applications. As a developer, you will play an integral role in the specification, design, build, test, and support of our website and web applications for SEL. We work on a variety of projects to support our customers as well as Sales and Marketing at SEL.
As a Software Engineer - Full Stack a typical day might include the following:

Participating in the design, implementation, and test of firmware/software systems

Participating in the development of designs and test documentation

Understanding hardware and software interactions, and collaborating with systems administrators
This job might be for you if:

You have a B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

You have knowledge and experience in web supporting technologies and web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP/HTTPS)

You have knowledge of C# and .NET (or similar technologies)

You have knowledge and experience with relational databases
Preferred Qualifications:

Full stack experience with some of the following technologies: ASP.NET Web API, React, TypeScript

Experience with revision control systems (Git)

Experience with automated unit testing (xUnit, Jest)

Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)

Experience with databases (SQL Server, NoSQL)

Experience with containerized applications

Pay Range Data
Associate Software Engineer $78,000 - $95,000. Software Engineer $88,000 - $108,100. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
