Unify was founded January 17th, 2023 by Austin Hughes and Connor Heggie. Prior to Unify, Austin led Ramp’s growth product team focused on new customer acquisition, and Connor was a machine learning research engineer at Scale AI. The rest of our team comes from companies like Airbnb, Spotify, Waymo, and LinkedIn.

About the role:You will bring new products from zero to one working closely with our founders. You will own large engineering scope which will both bring immense value to our customers, and also lay the technical foundation for Unify. We are revolutionizing GTM using all the latest AI technology that has recently come online - so you will be working at the cutting edge.
What you will do:You will own a large scope and be shipping features that makes our customers more successful and Unify a delight to use.
You will work both across our frontend and backend and own shipping new features end-to-end.
Shape both our product roadmap and engineering foundation working with a highly collaborative product, design and engineering team
Build new products using the latest tech such as LLMs, React, TypeScript, Vercel, Prisma (PostgreSQL), Temporal, and more.
You have 2+ years of software engineering experience and you are excited about the new technologies that have come online.
You have both frontend (Typescript, React) and backend (Typescript, Node) experience.
You are customer-obsessed, creative and hungry. You have experience working closely with customers and quickly shipping features and improvements to help them.
While you are independent you are also kind and highly collaborative. You always go the extra mile to help your team members.
About this role:
This a salaried position with a target range of $160,000 - $205,000 (depending on experience), equity package and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options). This position is onsite in either San Francisco, CA, or New York City, NY, offering the invaluable opportunity to work closely with a talented team in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Being in-person enables real-time collaboration, fosters creative problem-solving, and strengthens the connections that drive innovation and impact. You'll be at the center of our fast-paced operations, contributing to a culture that values engagement, growth, and teamwork.
