We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer (Senior or Mid-Senior) to help shape the future of Keboola’s user experience. This role goes beyond building interfaces - it’s about designing intuitive, high-performance tools that empower businesses to automate, analyze, and act on data at scale.

You will work within a small team, taking care of several UI applications and improving their speed, usability, and experience - all of that while cooperating with our design team. You will work closely with our backend engineers, discussing our services and providing feedback, so that the UIs will consume data from APIs in the most efficient way and structure. Our design team will provide you feedback for existing applications and propose possible improvements (in terms of UI/UX), and you will implement them.

The ideal candidate will be be based in Prague with the ability to work hybrid (2-3 times a week in the office). The successful candidate must speak English and Czech or Slovak with the ability to work for an EU-based company.

Framework & Language: React 18.3+, TypeScript 5.7+
Runtime: Node 22 LTS
Build & Dev: Turborepo, Rspack + SWC, Vite (smaller apps)
Package Management: Yarn 4.5.3
State & Data: TanStack Query, Zustand (migrating from Flux & Immutable.js)
Testing: Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright
UI/UX: TailwindCSS, Radix UI, Storybook, custom @keboola/design system
Code Quality: ESLint + Prettier

What we are looking for

5+ years software development, 3+ years frontend with React (or similar).
Passion for engineering excellence and problem-solving.
Experience with modern frontend stack (React, TypeScript, CI/CD, REST API/GraphQL).
Familiarity with performance monitoring (TTFB, FCP, LCP) and deployment.
Comfort with AI-assisted development.A team-first mindset.
