Meet the team behind this journey

DeepL has millions of passionate users around the globe, including many that will benefit from our Pro features. Our Monetization team's mission is dedicated to matching these users with the right plans, increasing the number of subscriptions, a crucial element in driving DeepL’s long-term sustainable growth.

In this role, you will collaborate in a cross-functional team to deliver user-friendly and performant components for our website. Your work will enhance user experiences, ensuring a seamless onboarding and checkout experience. Your contributions will help to evolve our subscription model and payment options streamlining monetization of future products.

Your responsibilities

• Develop new frontend components in collaboration with your team  

• Partner with design and product teams to identify optimal solutions for our users

• Write clear, testable code and verify its correctness by testing

• Work closely with backend developers to actively contribute to defining API specifications

Qualities we look for

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and software engineering principles.

• Experience with React

• A  customer-focused and product-minded approach to building software

• A passion for tackling challenging problems and a growth mindset, working with other engineers to drive innovative solutions and enhance product development

• Fluent in English
