We're looking for a Software Engineer (Frontend) proficient in React, Next.js, and Node.js to join our engineering team. You'll independently own complex feature work end-to-end, serve as an emerging technical voice, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to team-level technical design — all while building growing cross-stack awareness beyond your frontend specialization.
ResponsibilitiesAutonomy
- Independently own complex, ambiguous feature work with minimal guidance; proactively remove blockers

- Use and help improve team tools/processes (JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD)
Technical Skills
- Apply deep React, Next.js, and Node.js expertise to make sound feature-level technology decisions
- Handle complex state management, performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and design-system contributions
- Debug cross-layer issues and collaborate across frontend, backend, and mobile boundaries
- Proactively identify and address technical debt
Collaboration
- Lead design discussions and code reviews; advocate for best practices
- Communicate technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Build strong cross-team relationships; actively engage in sprint ceremonies and retros
Innovation
- Propose solutions to non-obvious engineering challenges

Qualifications- 4–6 years of professional experience in front-end/web development
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Track record of owning complex, multi-component features end-to-end
Experience writing automated tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.)
- Solid grasp of state management, performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG)
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally GCP
- Experience with CI/CD, JIRA, and Confluence
- Familiarity with observability practices (Core Web Vitals, RUM)
- Strong communication skills; mentoring experience a plus
- Growing understanding of backend/API design and cross-stack debugging
