Our team builds products to protect the Rubrik customers’ Microsoft Entra ID data in Azure. It enables customers to efficiently recover their identity service in unforeseen circumstances such as a ransomware attack.

What you’ll do: 

As a software engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the engineering design process and completing well-defined tasks with quality and velocity.
  • Analyzing internal and field data to develop robust and maintainable products.
  • Troubleshooting issues from customer environment or internal testing and collaborating with team members and other teams to come up with solutions.

Experience you’ll need

  • Degree in Computer Science and related fields
  • 0-2 years of product development experience
  • Ability to identify scalable and elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies
  • Proficiency in Go, Python, Scala, C++, or Java


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in microservice design and implementation is preferred
  • Experience with popular platforms or applications such as Azure and Windows AD is a bonus
  • Distributed systems design and development experience is a plus
  • Full stack development experience is also a plus

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US Pay Range

$122,800$153,500 USD
