As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Zoom AI through innovative engineering solutions. You'll take the lead in developing and enhancing AI algorithms, techniques, and solutions for our AI Companion product. Working closely with experienced researchers and engineers, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to achieving groundbreaking results. Zoom seeks a pioneering Data Platform Engineer to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll collaborate with data professionals to design and build innovative applications leveraging Zoom's data platform.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development

• Build end-to-end data products, implement authentication and security best practices, ensure scalability of solutions

• Design and develop APIs (REST, GraphQL), ensure API scalability and performance, maintain documentation and versioning

• Implement auth protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML, design secure authorization systems, manage user access control. Proficiency in Python and at least one compiled language (Java, C++, Go, etc)

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Demonstrate proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)

• Implement automated software testing

• Develop web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular)
