The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work directly with external research teams to shape, build and quality-check the datasets they rely on. You will write code, collaborate with subject matter experts, and stay engaged as the data is put to use, feeding lessons back into later deliveries.
What you'll do
- Partner with researchers to define dataset requirements and review early samples before scaling up production.
- Build data pipelines and automated workflows for generating tasks, preparing reference outputs and validating results.
- Create quality checks and grading approaches together with subject matter experts.
- Spot unclear instructions, wrong answers and tasks that encourage unintended behavior.
- Investigate issues found in review or delivery, fix root causes and apply the lessons to future datasets.
