Harmonia Holdings Group has an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer (Dart/Flutter) to join our team.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Employer-based sponsorship is not available
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree with 2 years of experience, or 4 – 6 years of related work experience including system analysis, software design, Java development
- Citizens or permanent residents with at least 3 years of residency only.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
- Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.
- Experience developing web-based applications and services using Java EE, JSP, JDBC, JavaScript, REST, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, React.js
- Experience with the following technologies: HTML, EXT-JS, AJAX, XML, jQuery
- Support tracking and versioning of software in a Git repository.
- Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies
- Understanding of unit testing and associated frameworks, e.g. JUnit
- Ability to research, design, plan, and implement solutions for challenging problems
- Support critical business functions through the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications and systems
- Ability to work well and collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Experience developing mobile and browser-based applications
- Experience with Flutter development frameworks
Work Location:
- FULLY REMOTE FOR CANDIDATES OUTSIDE OF THE DC, Maryland and Virginia AREA.
- McLean, VA Office. This role is a hybrid position and needs someone who can be onsite 4 to 8 times per month as needed.
